75 square meter cozy apartment that can accommodate 4 people.

Pigeon hole awaits its guests with a bathroom, a separate toilet, as well as its own kitchen and living room (the common areas are equipped with air conditioning). Upstairs, one room has a double bed (150X200cm) and the other room has two single beds (80X200cm that can be pushed together) for a comfortable rest.

The apartment has a 20 square meter private terrace and guests can use the estate's large pool (17mX13m).

Parking is free and safe.

Equipment: Wifi, air conditioning, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, fridge and freezer, electric heating, washing facilities, TV, garden furniture, grill.

Prices: 1,200 EUR/house/week (7 nights - from Saturday to Saturday)

(in the case of 4 people 300 EUR/week/person or 43 EUR/night/person)

(The weekly price of the house is independent of the number of residents. Pigeon hole can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.)
